Transferring your iweb for work on another Mac
Publishing iweb to a folder

Moving your iweb pages to work on another Mac:

I-Web saves your webpages in a package called "Domain." You can find this package under:

Before you move your "Domain" file, create a folder in your server drive titled "yourproject iweb domain"

You can now drag the domain file to the folder you have created in your server space.

When you go to work on your website from another computer, double click on your "Domain" file to launch iweb.

You can now work on any Mac in the school and save your work!



PUBLISHING TO A FOLDER

1. Click on the "Cloud" icon next to the word "Site" on the upper left side of the screen

2. Select "Publish to: A Folder" From the drop down menu
Click "Choose" and and select your desktop

3. When you are done your iweb, click "Publish Site"

4. You will now find a folder on your desktop with the name of your site

5. You can now move this folder to Global$ or yourstudentname$ drive

6. To launch your website open the folder and double-click the index.html file
